A1 الهذلي، هدى مطر AB The present study aimed to identify the role of the Faculty of Education at Prince Sattam University in Al-Kharj in spreading the culture of volunteer work in the light of national transformation initiatives. The study sample consisted of 800 students from the college of education in Al-Kharj, Arabic language, Islamic studies, kindergartens, special education, of each department (200) students in the level (fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh). The results of the study showed that the arithmetical averages came to a large and medium degree of applicability within the post-role of the Faculty of Education at Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz University in Al-Kharj in spreading the culture of volunteer work in the light of national transformation initiatives. The college was in the dissemination of the culture of volunteerism and came to a degree of great applicability, medium, weak for the study paragraphs within the dimension of the role of extracurricular activities in the college in spreading the culture of volunteerism, the results of the study showed that the arithmetic averages came with a high, medium, and weak degree of applicability for all the subjects of the study within the dimension of the role of the faculty members in spreading the culture of volunteering and the degree of applicability of large and medium to all the subjects of the study within the dimension of the role of the community partnership in the college in spreading culture volunteering in the light of national transformation initiatives. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the "third level" and the "fifth level" after the "extracurricular activities in the college" and by reference to the values of the arithmetic mean, the differences were in favor of the category "fifth level" there were statistically significant differences in all fields according to the age-level variable. There were statistically significant differences between the category of "special education" and "kindergartens" in all dimensions of the study. The differences were in favor of "kindergarten" category "special education" there were no statistically significant differences in all fields depending on the number of countries training courses. The study recommended the necessity of investing the media, communications and modern technology in spreading the awareness of the importance of volunteering and its definition, objectives, areas, premises and requirements, and assigning a student project on volunteering for each university student to serve the community. Workshops, symposiums, publications, research and scientific studies and a partnership between the ministry of higher education and Saudi universities with institutions related to volunteer work. Finally, conducting more research and studies on voluntary work and showing its adequacy and what needs to be activated and success, and provide perceptions and scientific formulas of the mechanism of practice and participation in it.
