A1 محمد، محمد حبيب بابكر A2 عثمان، إبراهيم عثمان حسن AB The study aimed to identify the criteria used to evaluate the performance of the teacher from their point of view, as well as to identify the differences of statistical significance at significance (0.05), which is attributed to the variables of the study in terms of (gender, qualification and years of experience). The study population consists of all the teachers of the general education level who work in (123) schools, the number of (2412) male teachers and female teachers, and the study was conducted in the academic year (2017 - 2018).The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, which was applied to a random sample of (46) male teachers and female teachers working in (6) general education schools in Gedaref state (basic and secondary). The SPSS program was used to calculate mean. The study concluded that the educational and cultural field used by the educational supervisor and the school principal in evaluating the teacher and apposes performance scored a mean of (2.53) and at a medium degree. The personal qualities and human relations between teachers also reached a balance of (2.45)). And at a medium degree. The planning and management of the educational environment in the evaluation of the performance of the teacher was calculated at (2.57), and at a medium degree, and no significant differences in significance (0.05) due to the variables of the study in terms of (scientific qualification and years of experience) according to the study results. There is significance in (0.05) due to the variables of the study in terms of (gender) according to different study axes.
