A1 الدوغان، إيمان A2 الجبير، تهاني A2 الفايز، وفاء A2 الفنيسان، أضواء A2 الدبيخي، ندى A2 أبو حيمد، رنا AB This study aimed to clarify the real role of technology on improving the scientific thinking, Cognitive thinking, and Metacognitive thinking skills through using the global analyzing of studies and scientific researches, and in order to achieve the study objectives; the researchers used the descriptive method, and the study population was consisted of all researches that were published since (2005 till 2015) with a sample that contains 25% of studies that linked the technology with thinking skills, and 75% of studies that include the scientific thinking, Cognitive thinking, and Metacognitive thinking skills, and a card for analyzing the researches was designed and was submitted to some of Arbitrators to know their comments and notes regarding it. The most prominent results of the study were: 1)The effectiveness of using the technology with 25% percentage to improve the scientific thinking, Cognitive thinking, and Metacognitive thinking skills. 2) Using the merging method with 100% percentage to improve the scientific thinking, Cognitive thinking, and metacognitive thinking skills. 3) The effectiveness of using the technology tools like Interactive whiteboard and scamper software. 4) Low use of technology on improving the scientific thinking, Cognitive thinking, and metacognitive thinking skills in the different education level grades. The researchers suggested the following: Study the effect of using the program of learning how to think independently on improving the cognitive thinking skills.
