A1 إبراهيم، آدم عبد الحميد A2 الحاج، زينب عمر A2 عبد الحليم، مها أحمد AB The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a counseling program in reducing aggressive behavior of deaf children in Port Sudan, aged (6-9) years. The study sample consisted of (8) deaf children chosen purposively from Alamel school for deaf in Port Sudan and was divided into two groups each consisted of (4) children (2 male - 2 female). The first was the experimental group which was exposed to the program and the other was the control group. The researchers used the experimental method (semi-experimental design). The tools of the study were the aggressive behavior scale and the counseling program. Data was analyzed with SPSS and the results were as follows: There are differences between the average of the experimental group and the control group in the pretest and posttest measurements on the aggressive behavior scale in favor of the posttest measurement. There are differences between the average of the experimental group and the control group on the aggressive behavior scale after the application of the counseling program in favor of the experimental group. There are no differences between the average of the experimental group levels in the post and follow-up measurement on the aggressive behavior scale, two months after the application of the program.
