A1 العنزي، يوسف عبد الله السبيعي AB The purpose of the study was to investigate the status of administrative problems in Taibeh University as perceived by them according to some variables. The researcher selected a random clustering sample as (148) questioners were administrated and (139) questioners were retrieved and valid for analysis. To achieve the aim of the study a questionnaire consisted of (32) items, as the findings of the study showed that the means of the samples' responses ranged from (2.66- 3.57) as making decisions and solving administrative problems came first with the highest means and the technical problems came in the last rank. The total mean was (3.22) with an average degree. Further, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α =0.05) attributed to gender, college and experience in all domains. Meanwhile, there were significant statistical differences at the level of (α =0.05) between assistants professor from one part and associate professor as well as professor in favor of assistant professor in all domains. Based on the findings the researcher presented several recommendations such as calling on the Taibeh university administration to use more effective methods based on making decisions and solving problems.
