A1 الجاسم، فاطمة أحمد A2 الحمدان، نجاة سليمان AB This study aimed at investigating the effect of an on-job creativity thinking skills training program presented to female primary school teachers in developing creativity thinking and skills (fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration) of second stage primary school female students. The training program was administered to develop creativity thinking skills of female teachers at a public primary school in the Kingdom of Bahrain, during the second semester of the 2011/ 2012 academic year. The program consisted of conceptual along with practical training on introducing creative thinking skills in the school curriculum. The study’s sample consisted of (35) female teachers, and (249) elementary female students. The study was based on the experimental research methodology, where Creativity Assessment Packet Frank Williams test for Divergent Thinking Form (A) was used to measure creativity thinking skills. The results of the study indicated statistically significant differences in the levels of pre and post creativity thinking skills of female elementary school students in favor of the post results. The study results were discussed in light of the theoretical framework, prior research studies, and recommendations were presented based on the study’s results.
