A1 الشهري، زانة AB The current study aimed at analyzing the trends of change mentioned in the official website of the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia as part of the objectives of the transformation to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030. The study used the analytical descriptive method of content analysis by analyzing these trends in the light of three international projects, UNESCO's Medium-Term Strategy (2014-2021), the International Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Strategy for Innovation in Education and Training, and the Incheon Declaration by several organizations. These trends were also analyzed in the light of three educational studies on educational development projects: Lushen (2003), Sayegh (2010) and Alyamani (2016). This study analysis of the Ministry of Education's trends of change revealed that they were severely deficient in terms of their compatibility with the objectives of modern global projects or with the results of educational studies on educational development. These trends have been redrafted in the light of the results of this study to achieve their compatibility with the selected projects and studies, and thus achieve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Saudi educational system.
