A questionnaire highlighting the practicing degree of diversity management by secondary school principals in Gaza governorates was designed. It consisted of (40) items distributed into for domains, which are (leadership, administrative practices, human resource management, work environment). This is in addition to using focus group method in order to formulate methods of activating diversity management in secondary schools. The study population consisted of all male and female secondary schools teachers in (north, east, and west) governorates of Gaza totaling (2255) teachers according to the official records. A stratified random sample was derived from the population by (13.3%) totaling (300) teachers, of which (287) teachers responded to the questionnaire. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. 1) The practicing degree of diversity management by secondary school principals in Gaza governorates was high, with a relative weight of (79.16%). 2) There were statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) among the mean scores of the estimates of secondary schools teachers in Gaza governorates regarding the practicing degree of diversity management by their principals that can be attributed to sex variable in favor of females. 3) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) among the mean scores of the estimates of secondary schools teachers in Gaza governorates regarding the practicing degree of diversity management by their principals that can be attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of service. 1) It is important to promote diversity in leadership styles instead of adopting a single style. That can be achieved according to the situation nature. In this regard, the proper way of dealing with diversity among the employees is to know the work performed by everyone and then match it with the suitable management style. 2) Teachers should participate in solving some managerial and technical problems in schools through establishing work teams of excellent teachers and assigning the school principal to be the team leader.
