The general balance is considered a crucial basis in practicing any movement. Unlike the one who is weak in the general balance, the beginner who is characterized by fixed balance is easy to learn. The problem of this research is centered on the balance, which is one of the crucial skillful characteristics in gymnasium, and the weakness of which does not only affect learning but achievement. Therefore, researchers approached this problem in order to find out the weakness of beginners and the best scientific solutions of how to make them good players. The aim of this research is to highlight the extent of impact of general motor balance on learning and how to practice some basic ground movements in gymnasium. It was supposed that the weakness in general motor balance has a great impact on learning how to practice some basic ground movements in gymnasium. The players in the teaching and training schools are singled out in the gymnasium equipment. The period of this course is 15/10-15/12/2009. The research was carried out in the playgrounds of Al-Wihdah Youth Centre, the Sports Arena and other teaching and training halls of gymnasium equipment. The second chapter dealt with the theoretical studies relevant to the research. The researchers employed tentative methodology as it was compatible with this research. The audience was a group of 13 children at the age of (7-9) years old selected individually who were able to learn the skills of gymnasium. Three out of thirteen players were excluded as they were weak in the general balance. The ten remaining players were selected according to the results of test of weakness in the general balance. The conclusions are as follows: 1) The selected group has developed their skill of balance, standing on head, and their skill of front rolling more than the skill of standing on hands. 2) In order to be eligible, the skills of gymnasium require excess in all movements of the balance. The researchers recommended the following: 1) Finding out as early as possible the weakness of children, in particular the trainees of gymnasium, in the general balance. 2) Developing the capabilities of teachers in this respect by participating them in training and developing courses. 3) Proceeding other studies in the balance in order to learn other skills in gymnasium.
