A1 الخوالدة، رهام عاطف توفيق A2 العديلي، عبد السلام موسى A2 المشاقبه، إبتسام فارس A2 الدويري، أحمد محمد عقيل A2 الشبول، مهند أنور AB هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة التزام معلمات الحاسوب في محافظة المفرق بمعايير النمو المهني في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات وهي المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) معلمة من معلمات الحاسوب في قصبة المفرق للعام الدراسي الثاني 2018/2017 ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، أتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم تطوير بطاقة ملاحظة تكونت من ثلاثة معايير رئيسة، أدرج تحتها (36) مؤشراً، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة التزام معلمات الحاسوب في محافظة المفرق بمعايير النمو المهني في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة كانت متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التزام معلمات الحاسوب بمعايير النمو المهني تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، فيما أظهرت النتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة احصائياً مستوى (0.05=α) في درجة التزام معلمات الحاسوب بمعايير النمو المهني تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة ولصالح من سنوات خدمتهم أكثر من 10 سنوات. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات ومقترحات. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed at finding the degree of the commitment of the professional development criteria by computer female teachers in Mafraq in the Light of modern trends related to some variables, including academic qualification and years of experience. The sample of the study consisted of 30 computer female teachers in Al-Mafraq in the academic year 2017/2018. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed where an observation card was developed, and it consisted of three main areas. A total of 36items were included. The results showed that the degree of commitment of computer teachers in Mafraq to the standards of professional development in the light of modern trends was moderate. The results also showed no significant differences at α = 0.05 in the degree of commitment of computer teachers to the standards of professional growth. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences α = 0.05 in the degree of commitment of computer teachers to the standards of professional development according to the variable of "more than 10 years" of experience.
