Observation cart to measure sample performance of using some skills of technological innovations Results of research: Research is reached to checklist of main skills and sub skills to deal with technological innovations which is consists of (3) main skills, (23) sub skills and (101) performance skills. Research is reached to checklist of designing Electronic content management system which based on M. Learning. Effectiveness of electronic content management system based on mobile learning in developing cognitive attitude to deal with skills of technological innovations for teachers at primary stage.
