A1 ادريس، قسمة محمد الحسن الشيخ A2 عباس، عبد الرحمن محمد أحمد AB هدف البحث للتعرف على الضغط النفسي لدى المعلمين والمعلمات في محلية بحري، مرحلة الأساس، قطاع الجيلي والسليت، في ضوء متغيرات النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت العينة من 50 معلماً و70 معلمة تم سحبها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع البحث الأصلي في محلية بحري. تمثلت أدوات البحث في استمارة بيانات أولية من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الضغط النفسي من إعداد فونتانا ورضا أبو سريع ورمضان محمد. استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب والحزم الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية: 1) يعاني معلمو ومعلمات مرحلة الأساس في محلية بحري من الضغوط النفسية بدرجة عالية. 2) هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية للمعلمين والمعلمات تبعاً للنوع. 3) توجد علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية للمعلمين وسنوات الخبرة. 4) لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية للمعلمين والمؤهل العلمي. في ضوء هذه النتائج، خلصت البحث بعدة توصيات ومقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to recognize the psychological pressure for foundation stage teachers in Aljaili and Selait sector, Khartoum North locality, in light of variables of type, qualification, and years of experience. The researcher used descriptive approach. The Research sample consisted of 50 teachers (males) and 70 teachers (females); it was drawn in random stratified manner from the original community of the study in Khartoum North locality. The study's tools is represented in Preliminary data form prepared by researcher and psychological pressure measure which prepared by Fontana, Reda Abu Sareea and Ramadan Mohammed. The researcher used statistical methods and packages for data processing and concluded the following most important results: 1) Foundation stage teachers' in Khartoum North locality are suffering from high degree of psychological pressures. 2) There is statistically significant correlation between teachers' psychological pressures and kind. 3) There is no statistically significant correlation between teachers' psychological pressures and years of experience. 4) There is no statistically significant relationship between teachers' psychological pressures and Qualification.
