A1 مصطفى، باختة محمد أحمد A2 البوني، عبد الرزاق عبد الله A2 محمد، الطاهر مصطفى A2 الحاج، سلوى عبد الله AB هدفت الدراسة إلى: 1) معرفة مستوى الضغوط النفسية لأولياء أمور الأطفال المعاقين ذهنياً وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، المستوى الإقتصادي، عدد الأطفال في الأسرة، ترتيب الطفل بين إخوته)؛ 2) تحديد ما يمكن أن يحدثه وجود طفل يعاني من إعاقة ذهنية من ضغوط نفسية لدى والديه؛ 3) التعرف على علاقة كل من الضغوط النفسية ببعض المتغيرات الخاصة بأولياء الأمور المتمثلة بالجنس، والعمر الزمني، ومستوى التعليم، والمستوى الاقتصادي، أو الخاصة بالأطفال والمتمثلة بعدد الأطفال في الأسرة، وترتيب الطفل بين إخوته. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة (أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً) وبلغ حجم العينة 64 فرداً (32 آباء و32 أمهات)، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وتمّ استخدام مقياس الضغوط النفسية لأولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً وهو من إعداد وتقنين كل من (زيدان السرطاوي وعبد العزيز الشخص 1998م). وقد تم التحقق من صدق المقياس في صورته الأصلية باستخدام كل من أسلوب التحليل العاملي، والإتساق الداخلي للمقياس. وتم التحقق من ثباته بطريقة ألفاكرونباخ. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، جرى التحقق من صدق المقياس في الدراسة الحالية بحساب معاملات الارتباط بين الأبعاد وبين الدرجة الكلية للمقياس، وتم التحقق من ثبات المقياس بطريقة ألفاكرونباخ، وكانت ذات دلالة إحصائية مرتفعة، وعولجت من خلال برنامج (spss)، شملت اختبار (ت) والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ف). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) يتسم مستوى الضغوط النفسية لأولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً بالإرتفاع. 2) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في الضغوط النفسية وسط أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً تعزى لمتغير النوع. 3) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في الضغوط النفسية وسط أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً تعزى لمتغير العمر. 4) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في الضغوط النفسية وسط أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، لصالح ذوي التعليم الجامعي وفوق الجامعي. 5) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في الضغوط النفسية وسط أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً تعزى لمتغير المستوى الإقتصادي، لصالح المستوى الإقتصادي المرتفع. 6) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في الضغوط النفسية وسط أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً تعزى لمتغير ترتيب الطفل. 7) لا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة في الضغوط النفسية وسط أولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً تعزى لمتغير عدد الأطفال في الأسرة. وفي خاتمة الدراسة، قدّمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات، أهمها: تقديم برامج إرشادية لأولياء أمور المعاقين ذهنياً لتخفيف الضغوط النفسية لديهم. And the present study also aims to determine what psychological stress can be caused among parents as a result of the presence of a child suffering from mental disability. The present study also aimed to identify the relation between each of the psychological stress with some variables concerning parents represented by gender, chronological age, educational level and the economical level; or concerning the child represented by the number of children in the family, and the child order among his siblings To achieve this goal the researcher used the descriptive method and the (population was the parents of the mentally disabled ) in the special education centers in Khartoum state. And the sample size was 64 subjects 24 males and 23 females taken by the simple random sampling, and the researcher used the psychological stress measure for the mentally disabled parents, the validity of the scale has been verified in its original form using factor analysis, and internal consistency, and the reliability of the scale was verified by the Alvakronbach equation. In addition to that the validity of the scale in the current study was verified by calculating the correlation coefficient between the scores of the dimensions and the total score of the scale. The stability of the measure was checkcd by Alvakronbach and it was found to be high, and treatment was done through the program spss) these include T test and the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and test and this study found the following results: 1) The Level of psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled are high. 2) There are no significant differences in psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled due to gender. 3) There are no significant differences in psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled due to age. 4) There are no significant differences in psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled due to graduate and post-graduate levels of education. 5) There are no significant differences in psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled due to economic level variable in favor of high economical level. 6) There are no significant differences in psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled due to child birth order. 7) There are no significant differences in psychological stresses among the parents of the mentally disabled due to the number of the children in the family. And in the end the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which is to provide programs to reduce the level of stress among the parents of the mentally disabled children.
