AB The study aimed at identify the degree of practicing administrative competencies among secondary school principals in the Beni Kenana in Jordan, and finding out whether there are statistically significant differences due to variables such as gender, scientific qualification and years of experience. The study used the descriptive approach. The tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (32) paragraphs, which were applied to all the principals of the secondary schools at the Directorate of Education of Ben Kenana, which are (58) principals, The results showed that secondary school principals in Bani Kenana practiced administrative competencies in general with a "High level". The overall arithmetic average was 3.73. Leadership competencies ranked first, with an average of 3.81 and a high degree of estimation. (3.78) and to a large extent, ranked third relations An arithmetic mean of humanity (3.71) and a large degree, and finally Evaluation competent with mean (3.64) and in medium degree. The results showed no statistically significant differences in the level of secondary school principals in Beni Kenana due to gender and scientific qualifications, while there were significant differences between the years of experience and those with experience (11 years and above). In the light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented concerning the holding of courses and workshops for secondary school principals in the field of diagnosing the reality of their practice of administrative competencies and training them in practicing their administrative and educational duties.
