AB This study aimed to investigate the degree of using creative thinking by the high basic teachers from the perspective of public schools students in the district of Tulkarem, to achieve the purposes of the study was designed questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the teacher to use the methods in the development of creative thinking among students and consists of 34 items, each of which refers to a particular style of creative thinking development methods, and after verification of the psychometric properties of this questionnaire (validity and reliability) have been applied to a sample of students in the upper elementary size was 442 students, were selected members randomly stratified according to the variables of sex and grade the study showed the following results: 1) the estimates for the use of students graduate teachers in the basic phase of the methods of creative thinking in the public schools of Tulkarem governorate generally high level of development (3. 76). 2) The lack of statistically significant differences in the level of the teachers use the upper stage of the basic techniques of creative thinking from the perspective of students in public schools Tulkarem governorate depending on variables: gender development, academic achievement, grade, and place of residence. In light of the results of the study and discussion of proposed several recommendations, the most important: the provision of training programs for teachers to help them to adopt innovative methods to deal with the creators of students, and further studies on the development of creative thinking among students of different perspectives to deepen the results.
