A1 الهاشم، أماني عبد الله عقله A2 الشريفي، عباس عبد مهدي A2 درادكة، أمجد محمود محمد A2 الصرايرة، خالد أحمد AB This study aimed at finding out the availability degree of mindfulness of public secondary school principals in Amman Governorate, and its relation to the degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers, from their point of view. The sample of the study consisted of 313 male and female teachers. They were drawn from the population of the study by using proportional stratified random sample method. Two questionnaires were used to collect data. The first was to measure the availability degree of mindfulness of public secondary school principal in Amman Governorate. The second was to measure the degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior. The findings of the study were as the following: 1) The availability degree of mindfulness of public secondary school principals in Amman Governorate was medium from teachers’ point of view. The mean was 3.02 with a standard deviation of 0.26. 2) The degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers was medium, from their point of view; The mean was 3.28 with a standard of 0.32. There were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the availability degree of mindfulness of public secondary school principals in Amman Governorate attributed to sex variable While, there were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to the academic qualification variable in favor of higher studies category, and to the experience variable in favor of 10 years and more . 3) There were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers attributed to sex variable. While there were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to the academic variable in favor of higher studies category, and to the experience variable in favor of 10 years and more. 4) There was a positive significant correlational relationship at (α ≤ 0.05) between the availability degree of mindfulness of public secondary school principals in Amman Governorate and the degree of practicing the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers.
