A1 بحيص، جمال. AB This study aims at identifying the school management role in developing a stimulating school environment in Yatta town, according to the male and female teachers’ viewpoint. The study investigating the differences indication in the school management role to develop a stimulating environment depending on Gender, Educational qualification, Years of experience and Educational stage varieties. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study to show the school management role in developing a stimulating school environment. The study results showed that there is a role for the school management in developing a stimulating environment in the schools of Yatta city according to the male and female teachers’ viewpoint, and the results revealed the existence of differences with statistical indication depending on the educational qualification variable in favor of male and female teachers who hold bachelor degree, and the results revealed the existence of differences with statistical indication depending on gender variable in favor of female teachers. They also showed the existence of differences with statistical indication depending on the variable of experience years in favor of male and female teachers who have experience of (11-15) years. The results showed no differences with statistical indication depending on the variable of educational stage.
