The current research has been limited to the group of 500 students from the University of Qadisiyah, sample scientific - humanist and two stages second - fourth and sex for both males - females and morning studies for the year 2015-2016 has been selected Applied randomly way and on the Aligned of distribution disproportionate and check find targets adopted researcher on the following: 1) Using the descriptive corrective method. 2) Build cognitive bias deviation measurement among university students depending on the expectancy theory of Victor Form 1964 as it consists scale of four areas, the ideas of irrationality, personal self-expectations, distort perception, psychological impotence is composed of 41 final items in its image and it has been chosen the statistical analysis way for research measure on a sample amounting to 300 students of both gender from the University, they have been chosen randomly on basis of the suitable distribution, after complete building, it has been verifying and applying on the final research sample by using the statistical truth for social sciences(SPSS) in treating the data and after verifying Psyco-metry characteristics measurable validity and reliability, with a coefficient of hard 0.82 method for selecting, re-choose, 0.85 way eulogy analyzed using Alpha coefficient for internal consistency and the research reached to the following results: The university students do not have the cognitive alignment . There are no notification statistical differences at the level 0.05 Aligned in cognitive variables according to gender male-female and class second-fourth for the university students.
