The researchers have chosen the research community that is all consisted of second year intermediate school students, School of Fatimah Bint Asaad for Girls in the general directorate for Al-Diwaniyah Education, AlDiwaniyah city. There were 57 participants who have taken part in the test, distributed in two sections: (A) for the experimental group that includes 28 subjects, and (B) for the control group that includes 29 subjects. The variables of age, intelligence, background, and testing of processing and analyzing bio-information skills have been statistically undertaken. The quasi-experimental design with partial control of two parallel groups has been chosen to measure the processing skills and analysis of biological information. In addition, all the extraneous variables have been controlled and the experiment has been applied in the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016. The results have been statistically analyzed by using SPSS-10 program and Microsoft Excel. The results show a significant superiority for the experimental group students who have used Web Quest in their studies while the control group students present low rates.
