AB This study aimed to designing programs to improve Expressive Language skills among the hearing impaired children, then testing its effectiveness with these children as for development of their Expressive Language skills. The researcher used quasi experimental method. The sample is taken The children of the Sudanese Centre for hearing in Omdurman and it's composed 20 male and female children, chosen purposefully through the comprehensive Inventory, the researcher used tow tool for the: scale of the Expressive Language skills II suggested program to improve Expressive Language skills of the hearing impairments, children, The statistical analysis done through the statistical package for the Social Sciences (spies) and of the main statistical: Pearson correlation coefficient alfakronbakh coefficient and (t) test for one group. The researcher has the following results: statistically significant differences between the results of tribal size m walbadi in generally verbal communication skills, as well as expressive skills alastkobalet skills for telemetry and statistically significant differences between standard results in walbadi tribal just skills.
