AB This study aimed to detecting the effectiveness of the Seven Steps Model in the development of students' Creative thinking skills at the secondary stage in Tabuk female schools, particularly in ( Biology ) . To achieve this objective researcher has used the quasi-experimental with a tribal and post design. The study sample consisted of the first secondary grade students at the Twenty sixth secondary schools in Tabuk, they were (60 students); (30) student for experimental group and (30 ) students for the control group. To measure the pre and post performance Torrance test of Creative thinking was used. A teacher guidebook and worksheets have been developed based on the Seven Steps Model. The collected data was analyzed by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient and analysis of variance (ANCOVA). The study results revealed that there was a significant differences at α ≤ 0,01 between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post test of fluency, flexibility, originality and detail skills. The researcher recommended to apply different teaching models and strategies of teaching to improve Creative thinking, and to implement seven steps model in teaching by the educators and specialists in the Administrations of Education and schools. The study suggested to do more researches regarding the effectiveness of the Seven Steps Model in the development of students' Creative thinking skills at the elementary stage, and effectiveness of that Model in the development of different thinking skills, such as meta cognitive skill.
