A2 قطناني، هيام جميل AB This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of educational and supportive services provided for students with severe and multiple Intellectual disabilities According to the International Standards in Kuwait. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the standards accredited by the associations, organizations and international councils which deal with educational and supportive services. Four scales were designed based on these criteria. The study sample consisted of all population from the Arab and foreign schools and institutions of students with multiple and severe mental disabilities in the State of Kuwait, which were (5) schools, (109) special education teachers who work in these schools and institutions. The sample also included (16) Physiotherapist, (11) function therapist, (18) speech and languages specialists. The results indicated the effectiveness of educational and supportive services, where the scale dimensions got a high level of effectiveness, and with regard to support services “physiotherapy", "function therapy" and "speech and language therapy". The results indicated also the effectiveness of these services.
