AB This study aimed to identify the extent to which the transformational leadership was practiced by deans of colleges and supportive deanships from the perspective of the faculty members. To achieve the objective of this study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of 28 items, which was applied to 50 faculty members in Al-Jouf University. The obtained results revealed that the level of practice of the transformational leadership performed by the deans of colleges and associate deanships was found to be high, with a mean of )4.18(, and a standard deviation of )0.64( as expressed by the sample. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05( between the means for estimates of study sample individuals attributed to the study variables.
