AB The study aimed to build a variety of mentoring programs based on the various psychological counseling theories to decrease behavioral, psychological and educational pupils problems and the problems of gifted and talented and increase the motivation of learning for these students, the study sample consisted of 30 students from sixth grade, and survey of the different model students problems to identify the different pupils problems, and the measure of motivation to learn, the researcher developed variety programs, used quasi-experimental research that deals with one group and compared between the two measurements pre and post, and used some statistical methods, t-test and Wilcoxon, results are: there are significant differences between the mean scores of students of the experimental group before and after the implementation of programs to decrease behavioral and psychological problems, as well as the decrease of outstanding and talented problems for favor of posttest, and statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students Group Experimental before and after programs in learning about the motivation scale in favor of the post measurement, while not verify the hypothesis concerning the problems in education.
