A2 العوفي، زهور سمران مرزوق AB Objectives of the study: revealing the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors of female educational supervisors in Tabuk city. Investigating the presence of any statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the two variables of scientific qualifications and expertise among the responses of the study population members. Approach of the study: the analytical descriptive approach. Community of the study: all supervisors from the administration of education in Tabuk. Results of the study: there is a statistically significant direct relationship at a significance level of 0.05 between the dimensions of organizational justice and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors. The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at a significance level of less than 0.05 between the attitudes of the individuals of the study populations towards organizational justice that can be attributed to either of the two variables; scientific qualification and expertise, or towards organizational citizenship behavior attributable to the expertise variable. The study revealed statistically significant differences at a significance level of less than 0.05 between the attitudes of the individuals of the study populations towards organizational citizenship behavior (sportsmanship) attributable to the scientific qualification variable. The result came in favor of members who had postgraduate qualification.
