AB The current study has investigated the effect of organized peer tutoring strategy based on blended learning in developing some skills of InDesign program and problem-solving of 20 participants who are students of E-learning professional diploma, Faculty of Education, Minia University, in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used quasi-experimental approach. The researcher prepared two tools: a cognitive test and an observation card of the learners' performance of the skills of InDesign program, the sixth version. Mohamed Ahmed Shaheen (2013) scale of problem solving skills in university students was employed in the study in hand. Tools were applied both pre- and post-learning. Results show that organized peer tutoring strategy based on blended learning leads to improve cognitive achievement and achievement of skills and problem solving skills in the participants. The study provides some suggestions for future research.
