AB The study aimed at structural modeling of the relations among wisdom and moral, personal, and social intelligences in a sample of undergraduate' students .the sample of the study consisted of (232) female students from the faculty of education, at el Majmah university in KSA .the sample of the study has responded to the wisdom' scales and moral, personal and social intelligences. Data analyses depend on structural equation model and path analysis by Lisrel 8.8the results of the study showed that there is existence of directly and whole structural affects for moral intelligent its dimensions (fairness–self control-respect-conscience-empathy and tolerance), also in the wisdom dimensions (affective- reflective - cognitive).also, the study found that there are indirect effects for personal and social intelligences in wisdom. The results were interpreted in the light of the theoretical background and previous studies.
