A1 إسماعيل، طلعت حسيني AB The study launched from the conviction that: there is an mutual relationship between poverty and education, and education is one of the central factors in the reduction of poverty, especially in the post-twenty-fifth of January 2011 stage. So the study sought to analyze indicators of mutual relationship between poverty and education. In order to analyze indicators of this relationship, the study used the descriptive methodology, because it is appropriate to the nature of the subject matter of the study. The study found a set of results, including those related to: diagnosis of the poverty state in the society, features of the mutual relationship between poverty and education, analysis of the first cycle of basic education indicators, and analysis of poverty indicators related to education. The study also identified a set of requirements that must be met to activate the role of the first cycle of basic education in poverty reduction. The most important of these requirements were represented in: building new schools and classes, especially in underserved areas, the actual application of the principle of justice in the distribution of educational opportunities, possibilities, and facilities between governmental and private schools, the practical application of the principle of free education in rural and urban areas, the State should provide financial support to poor families whose has members at the age of education, the State should held accountable them if they do not go to school, activation of the Compulsory Education Law as an approach for the prevention of the child labor problem especially in rural areas, contribution of non-governmental organizations in the preparation and implementation of specific programs to provide educational opportunities for poor children, developing programs of the school feeding that necessary for the protection of children from poor families of the diseases resulting from malnutrition, coordination between the ministries of education, health and social solidarity regarding poor support programs, encourage community participation as a method to fundraising which necessary to help in education of poor students, improving the qualitative aspect of education to overcome the problem of repetition and droupout children of poor families, accurate identification of the economic, social and educational reasons responsible for repetition and droupout children of poor families and treating it, setting a comprehensive new plan to combat illiteracy, and development of the first cycle of the governmental primary schools as an Approach to the fight against poverty.(Published Abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif ID 125408 OP ص ص. 241-390 T1 الفقر والتعليم : دراسة تحليلية لمؤشرات العلاقة التبادلية [مقال] UL 1 http://search.shamaa.org/fulltext.gif http://search.shamaa.org/PDF/Articles/EGMktz/MktzNo85P2Y2014/mktz_2014-n85-p2_241-390.pdf النص الكامل (PDF)
