AB Mobiles are considered among the most widespread technological devices at present and, therefore, the tools that can be used most to apply the idea of mobile learning especially they offer many services, including access to the internet, browsing the web, sending e-mails, exchanging messages and multimedia files and providing instant sound and image messaging applications. We may find a lot of people who think that the acquisition of such devices and searching for all the new ones is a proof of technical progress and keeping pace with the times. Hence, we see these individuals compete in the acquisition of the newest and most expensive of these devices and even boast about it in front of each other at the same time that some of them are unaware of the most basic rules of operation of such devices and their limits of use. Therefore, the present research aims to make some female teachers acquire an appropriate level of awareness and technical sense, which enables them to understand the technical language and deal with it as desired and draw the boundaries used to achieve the highest level of benefit. This can be achieved through the identification of the effect of using some mobile learning applications on the technical development of the home economics teachers through defining the concepts and dimensions of the technical development and providing the appropriate technical content for teachers of home economics in the light of the global technical enlightenment standards. The research also aims to identify the attitudes of home economics teachers towards the use of mobile learning applications in the educational process and know how far these applications can affect their technical development. The study tools include the technical enlightenment test and the measure of attitudes toward mobile learning, where it was applied at the end of the academic year 2014/2015 on a group of home economics teachers at Shebine El-Kom educational directorate in Menoufia Governorate. The size of the study sample was (34) home economics teachers, divided into two groups: the control group (17) and the experimental group (17).The results showed that there are differences statistically significant between the mean scores of differences in the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement for each of the technical enlightenment test and the measure of attitudes toward mobile learning in favour of the experimental group. The results showed that there are significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group teachers in the pre and post measurement of each of the technical enlightenment test and the measure of attitudes toward mobile learning in favour of the post-measurement. The results also showed a lack of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group teachers in the attitudes towards the use of mobile learning due to two variables: job position (teacher, senior teacher, expert teacher) grade (prep school, secondary school).
