AB The current research aimed to detect the impact of using interactive multimedia technology in the development of creative thinking skills among students of educational technology (ETEC-211) Faculty of Education University of Jeddah. To achieve research objectives, the researcher developed an interactive multimedia of educational technology course (ETEC-211), and a test to measure creative thinking skills among students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Jeddah. Study sample consisted of a random sample of educational technology students learned (ETEC-211) Faculty of Education at University of Jeddah from (50) students, divided into two groups, the first experimental taught course of educational technology through interactive multimedia software, and the second control taught through traditional way (the lecture), the strength of each group (25 students).The study results was the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of the experimental group students taught by interactive multimedia, and control group taught by the traditional way in the dimensional application of a measure of creative thinking at the level of fluency, flexibility, originality, and solve problems in creative thinking scale as a whole. The researcher recommended the need to take advantage of interactive multimedia software of educational technology course in the faculties of education to give students the skills of creative thinking.
