A2 هارون، محمد جبريل فضل A2 عكاشة، عفاف محمد A2 عبد الرحمن، جمال الدين إبراهيم AB This study aimed to identify the problems of classroom, management from the perspective of teachers, of the first stage of the foundation in south Darfur, a case study unit Nyala, south administrative, and detect differences in degree of the existence of these problems faced by these teachers by gender and academic qualifications and years of service, as well as to identify, the most important the causes of those problems to overcome them, and the formation of community study of all teachers first episode totaling (272) teachers, were selected sample the simple random and included a number of (107)questionnaire from teachers of the first stage of the base unit Nyala south. Questionnaire was 39%. The teachers use descriptive analytical approach in this study, and then use a statistical program (SPSS) for data analysis and to reach substantive results relating to the standards of central tendency and measures of dispersion and the percentage (t.test). The researchers found the following results occur brawl between students during class: 1) pupils out of the quota without permission. 2) Discharge treatment of pupils by teacher. 3) The large size of curriculum. The researchers found the following recommendations: 1) diversity in skills of effective teaching. 2) To intensify training courses for teachers.
