A1 عبد، خنساء عبد الرزاق. AB This research aims to the following: impediments to creativity among teachers and teacher’s schools, distinct and developed. Differences in creativity and constraints, according to educational attainment variable to achieve the objectives of the research questionnaire was constructed obstacles to creativity among teachers it questionnaire consisted of (50), paragraph answered them to choose one of the five alternatives (always - often - sometimes - rarely - never), the research sample consisted of (100) and a school teacher working in schools distinct, developed in the city of Baquba. After analyzing the data and statistically treated using t-test for one sample and analysis of variance researcher reached the following results: the degree of creativity constraints among members of the research sample was large areas (working conditions, social and cultural environment, the area of the administrative environment prevailing in the school), while the medium areas (incentives, personal factors no statistically significant differences attributable to gender obstacles to innovation in all areas of constraints (working conditions, social and cultural environment, administrative environment prevailing in the school, incentives, personal factors) that have been measured the study tool or on the total score of the constraints. No statistically significant differences due to the variable qualification of members of the research sample in the light of the results of the researcher reached many of the recommendations and proposals, including: provide male and female teachers, including developments in the educational arena of research and studies on the improvement of the educational process, including help in the development of creativity.
