Tools of the study: 1) a poll for teachers to determine a list of psychological and emotional skills of mentally handicapped children who are able to learn. 2) Stanford Binet intelligence scale, fifth edition (sb-5). 3) An observational card to register psychological and emotional skills. 4) A measure to test psychological and emotional skills. 5) The counseling training program. The study sample consist of ten (10) mentally handicapped children whose IQ levels ranges (from 50 to 70) in the school of intellectual education in Assiut city. This study assists the mentally handicapped children who are able to learn in developing some psychological and emotional skills.
