A1 خلاف، محمد حسن رجب. AB The flipped learning model is very important because its' many advantages, which significantly contributed to change the ideology of the educators. This model significantly promoted by the increasing of the innovations and the social software applications, which increasingly usage in recent times from teachers and students, so that the traditional school has become unconvincing and unsatisfactory for them, so the modern schools which utilizing the technology in learning are strongly needed. The current research applied two styles of flipped learning (peer instruction/inquiry) on a random sample of the general diploma students at the faculty of education in Alexandria University. This sample was consisted of 70 students, and divided into two equal groups. The aim of this research was to develop the students' using skills of social software in instruction, increasing the achievement motivation and to determine the best style of the flipped learning model. In this context, the instructional videos produced and uploaded in two-Facebook groups, which prepared specially for this treatment. A face-to-face interaction between students and teacher did to facilitate the practice of the aimed skills. Results showed significant differences between the first & second groups in each of the achievement test, using skills of social software checklist and the achievement motivation measurement, in favor of the first group, which studied using the peer instruction style of the flipped learning model. The research recommended the importance of using the active learning strategies in the flipped learning model, specially peer instruction strategy, and called for further researches to explore the dimensions and other design variables of flipped learning model, which can increase its' effectiveness in education.
