AB The objective of this study, which has pursued a descriptive approach; detecting the viewpoint of the students enrolled in the program year diploma in education Bdafiethn for completion in accordance with the academy T_khassathn. The study was conducted on 50 students enrolled in the program year diploma in education, one of the graduate programs parallel taught at the university of Dammam represented by the faculty of education in Jubail, was the academic T_khassathn in the first degree eight disciplines; are: mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, English, Arabic, Islamic studies. The study consisted tool in the "achievement motivation" scale of the researcher, and be the scale of the (15) items; (9) the paragraphs of them positive. It included three areas of motivation: the motivation to accomplish success, motivation for the probability of success, and the motive for the value of success. And be each of (5) vertebrae. Verified sincerity depending on the sincerity of the arbitrators, and the stability it has been calculated through a formula of alpha Cronbach- was worth (0.453). To answer questions about the study; statistical treatment used for calculating averages, standard deviations, and calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient to see how these Terceira areas together. The results showed the disparity study, members of the responses of the students enrolled in the program year diploma in education between consensus and among individuals in some disciplines, but it is clear that to have the motivation to accomplish has varied estimates between very high and high in the most emotional responses, from their perspective. The study recommended the need for further research on female students enrolled parallel programs in various academic and educational fields; especially Bdafiethn to accomplish success.
