AB This research aims to discuss organizational trust in Saudi universities from the viewpoint of professors, co-professors and assistant professors, through identifying the level of confidence in the three regulatory confidence dimensions - senior management trust, trust in supervisors and trust in colleagues. The study population consists of all faculty members in the University of King Abdul Aziz, University of Um Al-Qura and the University of Al-Taif, and the sample included 300 faculty members. To achieve the objectives of the research a questionnaire was designed containing 27 phrases. The authenticity of the questionnaire was verified through arbitration and the stability of the questionnaire was measured using alpha Cronbach's coefficient. After the application of the questionnaire, the data were analyzed statistically using arithmetic means, standard deviations. The results indicated that the level of trust in supervisors is medium and is moving toward rising with arithmetic mean 3.39. While the level of trust in senior management is also medium with arithmetic mean 3.37. Finally the trust in colleagues is also medium with arithmetic mean 3.31. At the end the research recommended Saudi universities management to provide an organizational climate dominated by organizational trust in which organizational trust Prevailed with its various dimensions specially trust in colleagues. As well as increase attention to the members of the faculty, and giving special care to recognize their needs and desires to achieve the possible one and satisfying them, that reflected in feeling with trust in management.
