A2 المصعبي، زهرة عبد الرب AB The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using Blackboard Mobile Learn Application in developing the attitudes of female students at Najran University toward mobile e-learning. It also aimed to check whether there were significant differences in learners' attitudes towards the use of this application due to the variables: (academic level, skill of using electronic applications). Furthermore, the present study Seeking to detect the most important obstacles facing students during the use of the application. The study was carried out on (26) female students in the fifth academic level who were enrolled in the "Computer in education" course. The experimental approach was used, the data collection tool was a questionnaire developed by researchers. Findings indicated that students' attitudes were neutral in the pre-measurement, whereas they become positive in the post measurement. The uses of the Blackboard Mobile learn Application was effective in developing students' attitudes towards Mobile Learning. Significant differences were noticed between the mean scores of participants in the pre-and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement. Findings also revealed no significant differences among participants' attitudes towards Mobile Learning via the use of The Blackboard Mobile Learn application due to academic level and skill in using the electronic applications. The impact of obstacles on the use of the application was medium, and the most important obstacles were the difficulty of uploading files to the E-courses website and the difficulty for transfer and exchange files among learners using smart devices.
