AB The study aimed to identify the role of the exploratory schools in Jordan to move towards a knowledge society in light of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah's initiative in education in terms of its ability to generate, disseminate and employ technological knowledge in different fields. The study also sought to reveal whether there were differences between the responses of the sample members, regarding the role of exploratory schools in Jordan to move towards the knowledge society, the sample of the study consisted of (118) male and female teachers. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method in addition to a questionnaire in the study. A set of results were reached is The mean of the sample responses on the dimension of technology of communication and information was high (3.50). The arithmetic means for the items of this dimension ranged between (3.41-3.62), between the lowest and the highest mean, the sample’s responses were within a percentage of 68%to84%. Also The mean of the sample responses on the dimension of Employing produced knowledge was high (3.50). The arithmetic means for the items of this dimension ranged between (3.35-3.57), between the lowest and the highest mean, the sample’s responses were within a percentage of 68%to 84%.The results of the study also, There are no statistically significant differences between sample’s responses regarding the role of exploratory schools in Jordan to move towards the knowledge society due to the study variables (sex, years of experience, school stage).
