A1 الشمري، عيد بن جايز. AB The goal of this research was to explore the requirements of using cloud computing Application in Teaching Mathematics and attitudes of mathematics teachers toward it. The sample of the study comprised 104 mathematic male teachers teaching at the intermediate stage schools in Hail city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample of the study was selected randomly through simple random process. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used a questionnaire survey to elicit data from the participants of the study. The questionnaires consisted of axes, respectively; the requirements of using cloud computing in teaching mathematics and mathematics teachers’ attitudes towards the use of cloud computing. The researchers used Kruskal Wallis Analysis Program for examine the statistical differences in the responses of the participants against the variables of the study. The findings of the study showed that the teachers’ estimates towards the requirements of using cloud computing application recorded very high significant differences. Also, the findings demonstrated that the level of mathematics teachers’ attitudes towards the requirements of using cloud computing in teaching mathematics at the intermediate stage in general revealed very high significant differences at the intermediate stage. This is in addition to the statistical significant differences that appeared in the estimates of mathematics teachers based on the requirements of using cloud computing in teaching mathematics (Academic Qualification, Years of Experience and the Number of Training Courses in the field of information technology). This study recommends the ministry of education to investigate the requirements of using cloud computing that were uncovered in this research. Also, this research recommends that curricula designers at the ministry of education should take the applications of cloud computing as a teaching strategy as well as train the teachers on the use of these applications in which further research studies be applied.
