A1 الحمادي، خضر قاسم محمد. AB The teacher with what he/ she own of knowledge and science is considered as an effective instrument for building up the human being educationally and morally. The teacher is the ideal who is followed due to what they own of unique ethical virtues to make them as cultivator of virtuous ethics verbally and in action. The values they bear have a key role in performance of their educational and ethical message honestly and sincerely. It is known that the crises and wars faced by counters have negative reflections on the society. So some cases of corruption appear aftermath of such crises and take different forms to be dealt with. Therefore, they have become phenomenon of weak trust value and declination of uprightness. Among the widespread phenomenon, indications have appeared to show spread of immoral practices which are rejected by our religion and society such as cheating and bribe acceptance, selling the examination questions, tampering the school marks, inequality over the educated people and arbitrary behavior on them, etc. This would arise a lot of questions to follow every twist and turn by the researcher about the extent of the teachers' performance to their educational message and carrying it faithful with assuming the burdens of this great responsibility.
