A2 إسماعيل، محمد AB Objective of this research is to know the rights of the child involved in the kindergarten curriculum in Syria for the academic year 2011-2012 Researcher followed in the kindergarten curriculum (book teacher- book child)The search returned of the following results: 1.For order to include the rights of the child in the kindergarten curriculum (book child) was as following: the right of obtain information first by(1,0),right of movement in second place by(0,89),then the right to equality in the classroom by (0,81),followed by the right to play by(0,72),then the right to protection from physical threats by(0,64), the right of self-expression by(0,48) then the right of psychological safety by (0,40)followed by a right of belonging to the environment and the right of the child to be open to the world and arises on goodness to others by(0,32),then the right to be treated with dignity of the child by(0,19). 2.For order to include the rights of the child in the kindergarten curriculum (book teacher) was as follows: the rights to play first by (0,1),then the right to equality in the classroom by(0,9),followed by the right of participation by (0,79),then the right of obtain information by (0,71),then the right to protection from physical threats by (o,58),then the right of movement by (0,48),then the right of self-expression by (0,46),then the right of psychological safety by (0,44),followed by the right to be treated with dignity of the child by(0,43),then the right of belonging to environment by (0,28) then the right of the child to be open to the world and Aries on goodness to others by (0,23) 3.The results confirmed the presence of a statistically significant correlation between the rights of the child in the teacher book.
