The main conclusions of the research are that all knowledge and skills (capacity) required to perform the functions of administrative occupations are strongly linked with multiple intelligence indicators, and all the administrative functions with their titular diversity require, in descending ranking of importance, Logical-Mathematical intelligence, primarily, followed by Linguistic Intelligence and Visual (spatial) intelligence. Next is interpersonal intelligence, followed by intrapersonal intelligence, and finally Kinetic Intelligence. The research also concludes that the process of institutional capacity-building is primarily dependent on the individual’s capabilities which are the focus of the Multiple Intelligences Theory. In light of these results the researcher recommends the need for the relevant body at the University to implement planning and development programmers in order to enhance multiple intelligence among female administrators.
