AB The research aims to identify the role of primary grades teacher in promoting intellectual insecurity among educated stage, detecting obstacles Tusbandn in promoting intellectual insecurity among uneducated phase of their perspective, and use descriptive method survey. And be a community of all primary grades teachers teaching office north of Jeddah for girls and their number (1071), a teacher for the year 1436 AH / 1437 AH. The sample was chosen randomly by Statistics (100) teacher. To achieve the objectives of the research was to build a questionnaire consisting of (31) distributed on the first two axes words: the role of primary grades teacher in promoting intellectual security to the educated and the second stage: impediments to strengthening of primary rows of intellectual security accented with rows of primary students in Jeddah. The research found the following results: the degree of the primary grades teacher for her role in promoting intellectual security has been largely uneducated stage exercise (often) and the degree of the constraints involved to do its part in strengthening the intellectual security has been largely uneducated stage (big). The research concluded the following recommendations put precise criteria when assigning primary grades teacher, coordination with civil society organizations to develop plans and programs for the prevention of intellectual deviation to the development of emerging and processed, intensifying courses in intellectual security for teachers of primary grades.
