A1 أحمد، إبراهيم عبد الله آدم A2 إسماعيل، عائدة محمد AB تناولت الدراسة هجرة أساتذة الجامعات السودانية التي باتت تشكل مشكلة على خبراء التنمية في الدول النامية، والسودان خاصة الذي شهد خلال السنوات الماضية هجرة أساتذة الجامعات في شكل متوالية هندسية، حيث احتوى البحث على أربعة فصول: الفصل الأول تحدث عن الإطار النظري للهجرة من حيث المفهوم والأنواع والأنماط والأسباب، ونظريات الهجرة وانعكاسات الهجرة على اقتصاديات الدولة النامية؛ فيما تحدث الفصل الثاني عن هجرة السودانيين للخارج من حيث الخلفية التاريخية، ومفهوم هجرة العقول وأسبابها والآثار التي تحدثه هجرة العقول السودانية؛ وتحدث الفصل الثالث عن التعليم العالي في السودان، وعن نشأته وتطوره ونبذة عن وزارة التعليم العالي وعن وظائف التعليم العالي، واستراتيجيات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي؛ فيما تحدث الفصل التابع عن حجم واتجاهات هجرة الأستاذ الجامعي من خلال استعراض بعض السنوات خلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة، وذلك يرجع لتوافر بيانات دقيقة فيها فضلاً عن الأعوام الأخرى، وقياس أثر هجرة الأستاذ الجامعي على مخرجات التعليم العالي من حيث الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وكفاءة الأداء الأكاديمي، وخرج البحث بنتائج وتوصيات. The first chapter talked about the theoretical framework of the migration in terms of the concept and the types and patterns and reasons and theories of migration, and the impact of migration on the economies of developing countries in the second quarter on the migration of Sudanese outside the terms of the historical background of the Sudanese migrations and the concept of the migration of the Sudanese minds and the concept of the migration of the Sudanese minds, their causes and effects caused by the migration of the Sudanese minds. In chapter three spoke about the migration education in Sudan for the emergence of migration education occur and development and about the ministry of the migration education and the functions of higher education and scientific research in the Sudan and the ministry of the migration education and scientific research strategies in Sudan. While the fourth chapter talked about the size and trends of migration of university teacher by reviewing some years during the specified time period and it is due to the availability of accurate data which, as well as other years and measure the impact of the migration of university teacher for outputs of the migration education in terms of economic and social impacts and efficiency of academic performance and came out search results and recommendations.
