A1 القحطاني، إبتهال سعيد علي AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات تحول جامعة الملك خالد إلى جامعة بحثية في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، بتطبيق استبانة على عينة من القيادات الإدارية (مدير الإدارة - مدير القسم - مدير عام) ممن هم على مرتبة وظيفية في جامعة الملك خالد، وعددهم (266) قائدا. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن متطلبات تحول جامعة الملك خالد إلى جامعة بحثية في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة أتت بدرجة كبيرة، كما جاء ترتيب المتطلبات كما يلي: المتطلبات الداخلية أتت بالمرتبة الأولى وبدرجة كبيرة وهي: المتطلبات (التقنية، المادية، التنظيمية والإدارية، البشرية) وجميعها أتت بدرجة كبيرة، بينما أتت المتطلبات الخارجية بالمرتبة الثانية وبدرجة كبيرة أيضا وهي: المتطلبات (الخاصة تسويق البحث العلمي، الشراكة البحثية، تدويل البحث العلمي). (الملخص المنشور) https://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to identify the requirements for transforming King Khaled University into research university in view of the knowledge economy from the point of view of directors of administrative units at King Khalid University. To achieve this goal, descriptive approach was used, by applying a questionnaire to a sample of administrative leaders (director of administration - director of department - general manager) who are the number of leaders at King Khalid University was 266, and the results concluded that the requirements for transforming King Khalid University into a research university in view of the knowledge economy were met to a great extent. The order of the requirements was as follows: internal requirements came in first place and to a large degree, which are: requirements (technical, material, organizational, administrative, and human), all of which came in a high degree, while external requirements came in second place, also to a large degree, which are: requirements (specific to marketing scientific research, research partnership, internationalization of scientific research).
