A1 محمد، نور جبار علي A2 علي، هيثم أحمد A2 عبد الستار، مهند محمد A2 محمود، محمد أنور AB هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرّف: 1) الفراغ الوجودي لدى المعلمات الأرامل. 2) الكشف عن الفراغ الوجودي لدى المعلمات الأرامل بحسب المتغيرات: أ- العمر. ب- سنوات الترمل. ج- حالة الوفاة. تجاوز الذات لدى المعلمات الأرامل. 3) الكشف عن تجاوز الذات لدى المعلمات الأرامل بحسب المتغيرات: أ-العمر. ب- سنوات الترمل. ج- حالة الوفاة. 4) التصورات المستقبلية لدى المعلمات الأرامل. الكشف عن التصورات المستقبلية لدى المعلمات الأرامل بحسب المتغيرات: أ- العمر. ب- سنوات الترمل. ج- حالة الوفاة. الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الفراغ الوجودي وتجاوز الذات لدى المعلمات الأرامل. الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الفراغ الوجودي والتصوّرات المستقبليّة لدى المعلمات الأرامل. 5) الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين تجاوز الذات والتصورات المستقبليّة لدى المعلمات الأرامل. 6) مدى إسهام الفراغ الوجودي وتجاوز الذات في التصورات المستقبلية. تبنت الباحثة (النظرية الوجودية) إطارا نظريّا في بحثها للمتغيّرات (الفراغ الوجودي وتجاوز الذات)، واعتمدت نظرية (روجرز) لمتغيّر (التصوّرات المستقبليّة). شمل مجتمع البحث الحالي المعلمات الأرامل اللاتي يعملن في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لمديرية التربية في محافظة ديالى، والبالغ عددهن 450 معلمة أرملة. أما عينة البحث فقد تم اختيار 300 معلمة أرملة بصورة قصديـة ومن اللاتي ترملن منذ عام 2003-2013. ولتحقق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياسي لمتغيرات البحث استناداً للنظرية الوجودية، يقيس الأول منها الفراغ الوجودي بواقع 51 فقرة بصيغته الأولية موزعة على ثلاث مجالات، أما الثاني فيقيس تجاوز الذات بواقع 65 فقرة بصيغته الأولية موزعة على ثماني مجالات، أما المقياس الثالث فقد تبنت الباحثة مقياس (أحمد، 2011) لقياس التصورات المستقبلية ويتكون من 44 فقرة. تم التحقق من الخصائص القياسية للمقاييس الثلاثة من صدق وثبات، إذ تم التحقق من الصدق عن طريق معامل الصدق الظاهري وذلك بعرض المقاييس الثلاثة على 17 خبيرا ومحكماً من المتخصصين في العلوم التربوية والنفسية. ومن خلال هذا الإجراء تمت الموافقة على جميع الفقرات في المقاييس الثلاثة مع إجراء بعض التعديلات، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تم التحقق من صدق بناء المقاييس (للفراغ الوجودي وتجاوز الذات). استنادا إلى هذه الإجراءات أصبح عدد فقرات مقياس الفراغ الوجودي 51 فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات، بينما أصبح عدد فقرات مقياس تجاوز الذات 65 فقرة، كما استخرجت الباحثة مصفوفة الارتباطات بين كل مقياس ومجالاته وبين مجالاته مع بعضها البعض، ولكل مقياس على انفراد. أما الثبات فقد تحققت منه الباحثة وللمقاييس الثلاثة باستعمال (التجزئة النصفية، ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ) وكانت قيم معاملات الثبات جميعها مقبولة استنادا إلى المعايير التي وضعها خبراء القياس والتقويم حيث كانت معاملات الثبات 0,79 و0,89 للفراغ الوجودي، و0,80 و0,89 لتجاوز الذات و0,85 و0,92 للتصورات المستقبلية. وبعد أن تحققت الباحثة من الخصائص القياسية للمقاييس الثلاثة قامت بتطبيقها على عينة البحث البالغة 300 معلمة أرملة من اللاتي يعملن في المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة ديالى وللعام الدراسي 2012-2013. إستعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: (مربع كاي، المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وقيم شيفيه). توصّلت الباحثةُ إلى النتائج الآتية : 1) أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمات الأرامل لديهنَّ فراغ وجودي. 2) أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمات الأرامل لديهنَّ تجاوز للذات. 3) أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمات الأرامل لديهنَّ تصوراتٌ مستقبليّة سلبيّة. 4) وجود علاقة ارتباطيّة بين الفراغ الوجوديّ وتجاوز الذات. 5) وجود علاقة ارتباطيّة بين الفراغ الوجوديّ والتصوّرات المستقبليّة. 6) لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيّة بين تجاوز الذات والتصوّرات المستقبليّة. 7) إسهام الفراغ الوجودي وتجاوز الذات في التصوّرات المستقبليّة. C) The death condition. 7) Finding the correlation coefficients between the existential vacuum and self-transcendence of the widow teachers. 8) Finding the correlation coefficients between the existential vacuumed future image of the widow teachers. 9) Finding the correlation coefficients between self and future images of the widow teachers. 10) The extent of the effect of existential sphere and self- transcendence on the future image. In the theoretical background, the researcher has made a survey of some theories and points of view which has tracked the three variables of the research (the existential vacuum, self-transcendence the future images). Through discussing these theories, the researcher has adopted ( the existential Theory ) as a theoretical frame work of her research for the three variables (( existential vacuum and self-transcendence (Rogers, theory) for the variable (future image). The researcher has defened on it in constructing the research tools, specifying the terms and results interpretations. In addition to the some previous studies on each variable of the research variables which have gained the researcher many benefits for their discussions. To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher has constructed the scales the existential vacuum and self-transcendence based on the existential theory. The first scale consists 51 item distributed among three domains. The second scale consists of 65 item distributed among eight domain. The third one consists of 44 item, in which the researcher has depended on the scale of (Ahmed, 2000 ) for measuring the future images . The measuring prosperities of the scales has been achieved. The face validity has been achieved by exposing the three scales on 17 experts of the jury members who are specialists in the educational & psychological sciences. In addition to the ensuring of the construct validity of the three scales by the following method: 1) Calculating the discrimination power of the items by using the two extreme groups. 2) Calculating the values of correlation coefficient of the item score with the whole score of the scale. 3) Calculating the values of correlation coefficient of the item score with the domain score. Reliability of the three scales has been achieved by using the split halves method and (Alph-cronbach) formula and all the values of reliability coefficient were acceptable. After the ensuring of the measuring or psychometric properties of the three scales, the researcher conducted them on the sample of the researcher which consist of 300 widow teacher who work in primary schools in Diyla governorate for the academic year 2012-2013. The researcher has used the following statistical means: ((The mean, standard deviation, Pearson movement correlation t-test for one sample, t-test for two independent samples variance, shephe-value). The researcher has reached to the following results: 1) the individuals of the research sample of the widows teachers have existential vacuum. 2) The individuals of the research sample of the widows teachers have self-transcendence. 3) The individuals of the research sample of the widows teachers have negative future image. 4) There is a correlation relationship between the existential vacuum and self-transcendence. 5) There is a correlation relationship between the existential vacuum and future images. 6) There is a correlation relationship between self- transcendence and future images. 7) The effect of existential vacuum and self- transcendence on the future images. In the light of the research results, the researcher has drawn some conclusion, recommendations and suggestions for further researchers.
