Good recognition and strategic planning is considered the good main organizer for sustainable development. Many countries realize that the development of their economies and enhancement of their competitive advantage depend basically upon education which is considered the gate by which they can enter the world of development, advance and progress and met the figure gab. The meaning of recognition community is closely connected to education as education provides the necessary tools and recognition for the individual in order to achieve his objectives and ambitions. The massive development in information and communication technology has led to creating and innovating new ways and styles. Investment in recognition has represented a face of investment in development. The recognition is considered one of the most important determiners the community based upon as a consumer not producer, i.e. producing and marketing recognition instead of using it only. The transformation of recognition community in organizations of high education based upon some important elements thru which we can support competitive advantage. Through this research, these elements will be extracted which can contribute in making quantum movement and benefit from what will be achieved of applying study.
