هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين بمحافظة غزة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وهي من إعداد الباحثة وبلغ نسبة مجتمع الدراسة (1495) معلماً ومعلمة من المدارس الابتدائية، وثم أخذ عينة عشوائية بلغت (306) معلما ومعلمة بنسبة (24.6%). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1) أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لمديري المدارس الابتدائية في وكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة حصلت على وزن نسبي (80.8%)، وبدرجة موافقة (كبيرة). 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الإبداعية لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وكذلك لمتغير التخصص ولصالح البكالوريوس ومتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح 14 سنة وما فوق. 3) أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في مدارس وكالة الغوث بمحافظة غزة، جاءت بنسبة (85%) وهو بدرجة موافقة (كبيرة جداً). 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس لمستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين وكذلك متغير المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة. 5) توجد علاقة موجبة بين تقدير أفراد العينة للقيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري المدارس ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمعامل ارتباط (0.6) تقريبا. وقد أوصت الباحثة: 1) الاهتمام بالقيادة بشكل عام، والقيادة الإبداعية بشكل خاص في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لوكالة الغوث، وضرورة الاختيار المناسب لقائد المدرسة. ‎2) ضرورة دعم قطاع المعلمين وتوفير الدعم المعنوي والمادي لتطوير الأداء الوظيفي لديهم. This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing creative leadership among UNRWA school principals and its relation with teachers’ job performance in Gaza Governorate. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on a self-designed questionnaire as the study tool. The study population included (1495) male and female teachers of elementary schools, the derived study sample consisted of (306) teachers, representing a percentage of (24.6%). The most important results of the study: 1) The degree of practicing creative leadership among UNRWA elementary school principals in Gaza Governorate yielded in a high degree of acceptance with a relative weight of (80.8%). 2) There were statistically significant differences regarding the degree of practicing creative leadership among UNRWA school principals that can be attributed to sex variable in favor of females, and to study specialization variable in favor of bachelor degree holders, and to years of service variable in favor of those who served 14 years and above. 3) The results revealed that the level of job performance of UNRWA school teachers in Gaza Governorate was in a high degree of acceptance with a relative weight of (85%). 4) There were no statistical significant differences regarding teachers’ level of job performance that can be attributed to the variables of sex, academic qualifications or years of service. 5) There was a positive relation between the sample respondents’ estimates of creative leadership among UNRWA school principals and the level of teachers’ job performance from the viewpoint of teachers, with a correlative coefficient of approximately (0.6). The most important recommendations of the study: 1) It is necessary to consider leadership in general and creative leadership in particular to be included in UNRWA elementary schools with a proper selection of the school leader. 2) It is also necessary to support teachers segment morally and financially in order to develop their job performance level.
