تناول البحث الحالي موضوع فعالية برنامج تدريبي مبني على مهارات الذكاء العاطفي في تنمية الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أستاذات التعليم المتوسط. ويهدف إلى مايلي: إعداد برنامج تدريبي مبني على مهارات الذكاء العاطفي وأبعاده يتناسب وعينة الدراسة، ثم التحقق من فعالية هدا البرنامج في تنمية الدافعية للإنجاز وكذا مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى أستاذات التعليم المتوسط، والتحقق من هاته الفعالية بعد مرور فترة المتابعة. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، و لاختبار صحة الفرضيات استخدمنا الأدوات التالية: 1) مقياس الذكاء العاطفي: من إعداد فاروق السيد عثمان ومحمد عبد السميع رزق (2001). 2) استمارة الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الأساتذة إعداد: عمار شوشان ( 2009). 3) برنامج تدريبي مبني على مهارات الذكاء العاطفي: من إعداد الباحثة. وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينية تجريبية متكونة من 09 أستاذات بإكمالية وغلانة الجديدة بمدينة جامعة ولاية الوادي بالموسم الدراسي 2014/2015. وأسفرت النتائج على مايلي: 1) هناك فعالية للبرنامج التدريبي المبني على مهارات الذكاء العاطفي في تنمية الذكاء العاطفي لدى أستاذات التعليم المتوسط. 2) للبرنامج التدريبي فعالية في تنمية الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أستاذات التعليم المتوسط. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة في القياس البعدي والقياس التتبعي على مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة في القياس البعدي والقياس التتبعي على مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لدى أستاذات التعليم المتوسط. The current research deals with the effectiveness of a training programme based on the skills of emotional intelligence to develop the middle school professors achievement motivation. This research aims to: prepare a training programme based on the skills of emotional intelligence and its dimensions measured up to the sample of the study, then, to verify the effectiveness of this programme in the development of achievement motivation; besides, the level of emotional intelligence with middle school professors, and to verify this effectiveness after the follow-up period. The study in this research relies on the experimental method of the one group, and to test the validity of the assumptions, we used the following tools: 1) Emotional intelligence measure: prepared by Farouk Essaid Othman and Mohammed Abd Essamie Rizk (2001). 2) The form of achievement motivation: prepared by Amar Shoushan (2009). 3) A training programme based on the skills of emotional intelligence: prepared by the researcher. 4) And this study was applied on an experimental sample consisted of 09 professors teaching at Waghlana Al-djadida Middle school in Djamaa city, Wilaya of El Ouad during the school year 2014/2015. The results indicate the following: 1) The effectiveness of the training programme based on the skills of emotional intelligence in development of emotional intelligence with middle school professors. 2) The effectiveness of the training programme to develop the achievement motivation of the middle school professors. 3) Statistically, there are no significant differences between the degrees of the group in terms of the post-measure and the longitudinal measure on the measure of achievement motivation. 4) Statistically, there are no significant differences between the degrees of the group in terms of the post-measure and the longitudinal measure on emotional intellegence measure with middle school professors.
