تهدف الدراسة الحالية تعرُّف المشكلات التي تواجه القيادة التحويلية، للخروج منها بالمقترحات والإجراءات التي تساعد على تطوير القيادة التحويلية في العالم العربي وتحقيق المأمول منه، من خلال تحليل ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت البحث العلمي في الفترة من 2001 م إلى 2019 م بما يضمن الخروج برؤية علاجية متكاملة لمواجهة معيقات تطور القيادة التحويلية في الوطن العربي. وتختلف الدراسة الراهنة عن الدراسات السابقة في منهجية الدراسة حيث تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على تحليل الأدبيات التربوية التي تداولت موضوع القيادة التحويلية في العالم العربي من خلال المنهج التحليلي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحث تقوم الدراسة الراهنة بوضع رؤية علمية لمواجهة معوقات ومشكلات القيادة التحويلية في العالم العربي. The current study aims to identify the problems facing transformational leadership, to get out of them with proposals and procedures that help develop transformational leadership in the Arab world and achieve its aspirations, by analyzing and reviewing previous research and studies and educational literature that dealt with scientific research in the period from 2001 to 2019 to ensure Coming up with an integrated therapeutic vision to confront the obstacles to the development of transformational leadership in the Arab world. The current study differs from previous studies in the methodology of the study, as the current study relies on the analysis of educational literature that discussed the issue of transformational leadership in the Arab world through the analytical approach and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher’s vision, the current study sets a scientific vision to confront the obstacles and problems of transformational leadership in the Arab world.
